1. What Data and Information We Collect

(a) Personal profile information: If you log in to this service through an account, we may collect and use data such as your name, gender, account, nickname, mobile phone number/email address, etc. (collectively, "Contact Information") so that such information can be synchronized and displayed to you, and saved to the cloud after editing. Such information is associated with your user identity, is used only for App functions, and is not used for tracking purposes.

(b) Personal body information: After enabling the health management service, you need to provide data such as your age, height, weight, gender, and date of birth, so that we can subsequently provide you with body condition analysis records for your reference. Such information is associated with your user identity, is used only for App functions, and is not used for tracking purposes.

(c) Device record data: After enabling the health management service, when you use devices connected to this service, we will record your health data, including but not limited to weight, body fat percentage, BMI, water percentage, blood pressure values, etc., and display such data to you on the service page. Such information is associated with your user identity, is used only for App functions, and is not used for tracking purposes.

(d) Device information: When you use this service, we need to obtain information including but not limited to your device model, operating system version, and device identifiers (including IDFA, Registration ID, etc.) in order to establish Bluetooth connections with smart health devices, manage device configurations, complete system software upgrades, and provide you with accurate message push services. Such information is associated with your user identity, and device identifiers (such as IDFA) may be used for tracking purposes (to accurately push messages to your device).

(e) Log information: We may collect log information generated during your use of this service.

(f) Network usage status: We may collect information such as the type of network you are connected to and network signal information to determine your network conditions and provide services to you.

(g) Basic application information: When you use this service, we need to obtain information such as your software package name and software version number to determine the software version you are using.

(h) Photos or videos: When you set a user avatar, we may need to access your album or camera to obtain the photo or video you select. Such information is associated with your user identity, is used only for App functions, and is not used for tracking purposes.

(i) Audio data: When you use the AI voice interaction function, we may need to access your microphone to obtain voice input. Such information is associated with your user identity, is used only for App functions, and is not used for tracking purposes.

(j) Approximate location: When you use a smart health device (such as a body fat scale) that needs to connect to Wi-Fi, we need to obtain your approximate location information to obtain the current Wi-Fi name for device network configuration. Such information is associated with your user identity, is used only for App functions, and is not used for tracking purposes.

(k) Information collected by third-party SDKs: To ensure the normal operation of basic App functions, message push, abnormality monitoring, AI services, health data synchronization, and other functions, we may integrate third-party SDKs. Third-party SDKs may process certain personal information according to their functional needs, either by collecting it themselves through the SDK or by receiving it from us. For the names of specific third-party SDKs, service types, types of personal information collected, purposes of use, collection methods, and links to third-party privacy policies, please refer to Article 9 "Third-Party Information Sharing" of this Policy.

2. Device Permission Calls

In the process of providing this service, we may call certain device permissions from you. The following describes the permissions we may call and their corresponding functions and purposes.

(a) Bluetooth permission: To connect and bind your smart health devices and receive device data and other functions.

(b) Internet access permission: To determine your network environment and use certain functions that require Internet access.

(c) Location permission: Used for Bluetooth device search, smart health device connection, device network configuration, obtaining the current Wi-Fi name SSID, and other functions. In some Android system versions, scanning Bluetooth devices or obtaining Wi-Fi information may require location permission to be enabled. We will not continuously track your real-time location based on this permission, nor will we use this permission for purposes unrelated to this App service.

(d) Camera permission: Used to take photos for setting a user avatar.

(e) Album permission: Used to select photos for setting a user avatar.

(f) Microphone permission: Used for AI voice interaction, voice input, and other functions.

(g) Health data permission: Used to read or write health data such as weight and blood pressure in system health platforms or third-party health platforms after you authorize us. The specific types of accessible data are subject to the scope of authorization you grant in the system or third-party platform.

(h) Device identifier-related permissions or capabilities: Used to obtain necessary device identifier information to enable message push, device identification, account and device binding, push delivery statistics, abnormality troubleshooting, and service security protection. Different operating systems may support different types of device identifiers, and we will process them in accordance with system rules and legal and regulatory requirements. To enable message push, device identification, account and device binding, push delivery statistics, abnormality troubleshooting, and service security protection, the Jiguang SDK may obtain device identifier information such as Android ID, OAID, Registration ID, and MAC address.

(i) Network status/Wi-Fi status permission: Used to determine the current network connection status and Wi-Fi connection status, and to ensure stable operation of account login, data synchronization, smart device network configuration, message push, and AI services. When using the Jiguang Push SDK, the SDK may read network information such as SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi list information, and Wi-Fi status information to determine push links and network connection status.

(j) Application list-related information: To enable push statistics, device environment identification, service stability assurance, and security risk control of the Jiguang Push SDK, the Jiguang SDK may collect information such as the software installation list and software running list. We will not actively use such information for purposes unrelated to this App service. If you do not agree to the processing of such information, message push, push statistics, or service stability-related functions may be affected.

3. Use of Information

(a) This application will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless we have obtained your prior permission, or such third party and this application (including affiliated companies of this application) provide services to you separately or jointly, and after the service ends, such third party will be prohibited from accessing all such materials, including those it was previously able to access.

(b) This application also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information free of charge by any means. If any user of this application platform engages in the above activities, once discovered, this application has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

(c) We adopt reasonable security measures to protect the security of user information and prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. User personal information is stored on secure servers and is subject to strict access control.

(d) Use of information for AI functions: When you use the AI Health Assistant (Xiaoji) function, information you actively input, such as body data, health management goals, text content, and voice content, may be submitted to the ERNIE large model or Baidu-related AI services for processing, in order to generate responses to current questions and answers, health management suggestions, diet suggestions, exercise references, and other information. We will not actively use your personal information for purposes unrelated to this App service, and will require relevant AI service providers to process your information in accordance with laws and regulations and their privacy protection rules.

(e) Use of information for message push and operation statistics: When you use this App, we will provide you with message notifications, health reminders, system notifications, service notifications, and push effect statistics services through the Jiguang Push SDK (JPush) and Jiguang Operation Statistics SDK (JOperate). To implement the above functions, the Jiguang SDK may process device identifier information, network information, software installation list, software running list, SSID, BSSID, MAC address, Wi-Fi status information, application version, push logs, and other information. The above information is used only for message push, push delivery statistics, push link optimization, service stability assurance, and security risk control, and will not be used for purposes unrelated to this App service.

4. Disclosure of Information

In the following circumstances, this application will disclose all or part of your personal information according to your personal wishes or legal requirements:

(a) Disclosure to a third party with your prior consent;

(b) Sharing your personal information with a third party when necessary to provide the products and services you request;

(c) Disclosure to a third party or administrative or judicial authority in accordance with relevant legal provisions or the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities;

We may use Cookies, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies in the App or related web services to maintain login status, remember your preference settings, collect statistics on service usage, improve service experience, and protect account security.

You may manage Cookies and similar technologies through system settings, browser settings, or relevant App functions. However, if you disable related technologies, normal use of some functions may be affected.

7. Information Security

(a) Accounts of this application have security protection functions. Please properly keep your username and password information. This application will ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the above security measures, please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on information networks.

According to the functional implementation needs of the Jiguang SDK, the Jiguang SDK may also collect information such as the software installation list, software running list, MAC address, SSID, and BSSID, for push statistics, network connection status determination, push link optimization, device environment identification, service stability assurance, and security risk control.

Collection Method: Collected by the SDK itself; we transmit necessary push aliases, tags, or account identifier information to the SDK.

Whether Shared with Third Parties: Yes. As a third-party SDK, the Jiguang SDK may process relevant personal information in the process of implementing the above services.

Whether Used for Tracking/Profiling: It is not used for advertising tracking or user profiling unrelated to this App service. Relevant information is used only for message push, push delivery statistics, push effect analysis, push link optimization, service stability assurance, and security risk control. We will not use it for purposes unrelated to this App service.

We will initialize and use the Jiguang Push SDK and Jiguang Operation Statistics SDK after you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, or if you disable relevant notification permissions, functions such as message push, health reminders, and system notifications may not be available normally.

10. Special Statement on AI-Generated Content

The AI large model services integrated into this App include capabilities related to the ERNIE large model. The relevant filing information is as follows:

When you use the AI Health Assistant function, information you actively input, such as body data, health management goals, text content, and voice content, may be submitted to the ERNIE large model or Baidu-related AI services for processing, in order to generate responses to current questions and answers, health management suggestions, diet suggestions, exercise references, and other information. We will not actively use your personal information for purposes unrelated to this App service, and will require relevant AI service providers to process your information in accordance with laws and regulations and their privacy protection rules.

(a) AI suggestions are for reference only: All content generated by the ERNIE large model integrated into this App (including but not limited to text, charts, suggestions, analyses, etc.) is reference information automatically generated by an artificial intelligence model based on the data you actively provide, and does not constitute any form of medical diagnosis, treatment plan, medication guidance, or professional medical advice.

(b) Not a substitute for professional diagnosis and treatment: AI-generated content cannot replace the professional judgment of a doctor or other medical personnel in an in-person diagnosis. Before making any decisions related to health, diet, exercise, or medication, you should proactively visit a formal medical institution and seek in-person consultation and guidance from a professional doctor.

(c) User decision reminder: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inapplicable. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content to make important decisions regarding health, diet, exercise, medication, etc. If you take related actions solely based on AI-generated content without consulting a professional doctor, the risks that may arise therefrom shall be borne by you, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

(d) Restrictions on data use: The personal data you submit to AI services is mainly used to implement functions you actively use, such as AI Q&A, AI voice interaction, and health suggestion generation. We will not actively use your personal information for purposes unrelated to this App service, and will protect the security of your personal information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and the data protection rules of relevant service providers.
